Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any service on ao99. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and ao99, and defines all rights and responsibilities related to your use of the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ao99 platform, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the ao99 platform. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and apply to all users in Bangladesh. ao99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and registered users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legally competent individual in Bangladesh to participate on the ao99 platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
Terms of Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on ao99. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration — creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. ao99 may request additional KYC documents to verify your identity at any time.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone, and ao99 strongly advises against using weak passwords. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity or login, please contact our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the ao99 platform, you must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Hacking any part of the platform, gaining unauthorized access, or introducing malware or harmful code is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability. Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users will result in immediate account suspension. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, using bots, or artificially influencing results will lead to account termination and may result in forfeiture of any deposited funds. ao99's services are for personal entertainment purposes only; reselling services or acting as a reseller for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Using bots, scripts, or automation software to play games is strictly prohibited. Any such activity detected will result in immediate account closure.
No one under the age of 18 may register or participate on ao99. Assisting a minor in creating an account is a punishable offence.
Creating an account using another person's identity is a punishable offence. All registration details must be completely truthful and personal.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All transactions on the ao99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh are supported. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though some payment methods may take up to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days; verified accounts may experience faster processing. Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can submit a withdrawal request. ao99 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transactions for review, and all applicable anti-money laundering laws are strictly observed. Withdrawing bonus or promotional funds is subject to specific wagering requirements, which are detailed on each individual offer's page.
Deposit Policy
- A minimum deposit amount applies as per the relevant terms.
- All deposits must be made using a personal, verified payment method.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Ao99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gameplay on the platform. ao99 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet disruptions. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are never predetermined under any circumstances. ao99 is not directly liable for faults in third-party game providers' services, though we will actively assist in resolving any such issues. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ao99's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by that law.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ao99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, operation of multiple accounts, provision of false information, or instruction from a legal authority. Upon account closure, any valid balance will generally be returned; however, bonus funds may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, and self-exclusion options are available under our Responsible Gaming policy. If you wish to appeal an account closure decision, please contact our support team and submit the relevant evidence.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise between ao99 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. ao99 does not condone any unlawful activity and upholds respect for Bangladesh's judicial system in all dispute resolution proceedings. Should any provision of these Terms be declared unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
